Meeting weekly gives counselling the consistency it needs to really support you. We talk, reflect, and gently explore both the positive parts of you and the parts that feel more challenging. Our relationship offers a safe, steady place for you to consider the changes you want and to feel supported as you begin making them.
What is the difference between counselling and ADHD coaching?
Counselling offers a warm, non-judgmental space to understand yourself more deeply, uncover the why behind the way your life feels today, and heal past hurts.
ADHD Coaching works with the here and now and supports you to find ways to reach your future goals.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking on my scheduling page.
What happens in a couples counselling session?
How much does a session cost?
Individual Counselling costs £55 for 50 minutes.
Couples Counselling costs £85 for 90 minutes.
ADHD Coaching costs £450 for a block of 6 60 minute sessions.
How do I know if counselling or ADHD coaching is right for me?
This is something we can discuss in the free 15-minute video call. I will do my best to answer any questions you might have.
How many sessions will I /we need?
This really depends on you and your individual reasons for coming to counselling and it can be something we might discuss in our free 15 minute Introductory Call.
Do you only offer online counselling?

Sessions are most effective when they are weekly.
