Internal family systems (IFS) or Parts Work is a trauma-informed way to work with painful events in your past life that might still be having a detrimental effect on your everyday life and relationships. It is also helpful for understanding yourself, improving your confidence, your self-worth, and your relationships in general.

It is a gentle, respectful therapy which allows you to be in total control of the pace and experience at all times and can be incredibly transformative and healing. IFS is for anybody, and it is perfect for those of us who have a Pervasive Drive for Autonomy (PDA) profile.

IFS can be helpful, whatever you would like to work with, to gain a greater understanding or to help memories or events become less painful, whether that is just a sense of discomfort within yourself or a big event like a marriage breakdown or a one-off terrifying event. It is particularly helpful for working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD).
